What is covered
Delamination, swelling, structural failure of the carcass, and hardware that stops closing softly under normal domestic use.
What is not
Impact damage, installation by a third party outside our specification, and surface marks from abrasive or solvent-based cleaners.

Send your order number and photographs to info@glara-eg.com. We assess within two business days and repair on site wherever possible.
